coconut biscuits

recipe for about 30 pieces

50g coconut oil, cold pressed (NARDIAS)

80g sugar 1 organic orange
1 / 2 tsp cinnamon powder 1 pinch salt

125g desiccated coconut 200g
flour 1 teaspoon baking powder


coconut oil stir at room temperature until foamy, add sugar and continue stirring briefly. Orange peel, grate and squeeze the juice. Mix remaining ingredients and add. Add as much orange juice until a compact dough. Balls and press them about 1 cm thick flat. give
