chocolate marzipan and coconut rolls
makes about 60 pieces
2 eggs
400g flour
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
200g icing sugar
300gr butter (or 150gr Virgin coconut oil)
1 pinch salt
320gr green marzipan
6 tablespoons Kokosstreusel
2 tablespoons sugar
Separate the eggs, egg yolks, flour dough, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, butter, or VCO, and salt into a smooth dough. Place in plastic wrap 20 min cool. Dough in half.
